After neglecting my tumblr for a few months I have decided to surface with a post about cookies, because who doesn’t love cookies?! So I am allergic to gluten - it’s highly tragic. However, I tend to go on “gluten benders” a lot. Having said that, when I find really yummy gluten free snacks it’s like hitting the jackpot. Enter Trader Joes Gluten Free Crispy Crunchy Chocolate Chip Cookies. Whats the moral of this short story? These cookies are amazing and you would never know they lack gluten in the ingredients! That’s all I have to say for now! Until the next time I will continue to eat my way through NYC! xoTO
